Campaigns are planned around your target market and objective. Results depend on the platform, market, competition, app quality, and user behavior. This is not a guarantee of a particular search ranking, and we do not claim to control App Store or Google Play algorithms. A requested position is treated as a custom campaign objective, not a guaranteed outcome.

The timeframe for seeing results varies depending on the package you choose:

• 100 downloads packages: 3-5 days
• 500 downloads packages: 5-7 days
• 1000 downloads packages: 7-15 days
• 5000 downloads packages: 15-30 days

Delivery time depends on the selected service and package. The estimated delivery time is displayed before checkout. Package quantity is the campaign target; we continue until that target is reached, subject to service terms. In rare cases a campaign may take longer because of market, platform, or audience conditions.

No, we don't need your app store credentials. We only need your app's public information, such as the app name, app store link, and any specific keywords you want to target (for keyword search packages). Our process is completely external to your app store account.

Yes, if we are unable to deliver the services as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. We review each request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@apptrolls.com if you believe you're eligible for a refund.
